• Standard handmade/custom orders: Our target completion time is 7–10 business days once the order details and payment have been received.
• Orders needed for a specific event or date: If a customer needs an item by a specific date, that date must be discussed and agreed upon before production begins and documented on the order.
• Customer pickup: Once the customer is notified that their merchandise is completed and ready for pickup, they will have 30 days to retrieve their order, unless an extension has been approved by M-Ashanti Crafts.
• Extensions: Additional pickup time may be approved on a case-by-case basis and should be documented in writing.
• Unclaimed merchandise: If an order remains unclaimed after the applicable pickup period, M-Ashanti Crafts will follow the final written notice and disposition procedures outlined in our Customer Order & Pickup Policy and applicable law.
• Custom pricing: All custom/handmade pricing should be confirmed with the customer before production begins. Pricing may account for materials, labor/time, personalization, packaging, and any disclosed rush or special handling costs.
